Southport Elementary

Located in the southern area of West Sacramento, Southport Elementary is home to over 820 students in grades K through 8^th.  A balanced approach to educating the whole child has enabled students to flourish in the past three years.  School wide API scores have increased yearly with significant growth noted in ethnic and English Language Learner subgroups, surpassing targeted growth numbers in each of the last three years.  Our overall API score has been in the 800s, meeting state expectations.
